Hopefully, no one else can start a new topic on this board.  It should only be me.  They can reply to my topics (blogs, if you will) but they cannot start a new topic.  Not unless they become a blogger like me, and get their own blogging board. 

Our gracious admin can make that happen.  Just as soon as she's done working the kinks out.
